Welcome to SoulHubNow, a provider of spiritual leadership programs for entrepreneurs and related offerings. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using SoulHubNow, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SoulHubNow. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not access or use our offerings.

2. Services (Spiritual Leadership Programs)

Our services include online and in-person spiritual leadership programs designed to support entrepreneurs in their growth and development. All programs are conducted by qualified facilitators.

2.1 Fees and Payment

Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment methods are presented during enrollment.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund

You may request a refund up to 14 days prior to the start date of any program. Requests made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, due to resource commitments and planning requirements. Instead, you may transfer your enrollment to a future program date by notifying us at least 7 days before the originally scheduled start.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. To request a refund or transfer, please contact us via contact form.

3. Infoproducts (Digital Materials)

Infoproducts include recordings, e-books, guides, and other digital materials delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the digital nature of these materials, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once access is granted. This policy protects our intellectual property and ensures fair distribution of resources.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your infoproducts, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for support.

4. Goods (Merchandise)

Physical goods, such as books, journals, and branded merchandise, are inspected upon delivery. If an item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent back in original condition and packaging.

Refunds for goods will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the items sent back and credited to your payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective. To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us via contact form.

5. Changes to Terms

SoulHubNow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
